About Jananayak Chandrashekhar University Admission Portal - 2025-26

The Jananayak Chandrashekhar University , Uttar Pradesh, has implemented the Samarth e-Governance Admission Portal for the 2025-26 academic year to streamline and digitize the admission process for Campus and its affiliated Government /Aided Colleges/ self financed colleges.  The portal offers a centralised online admission system, allowing students to apply to multiple colleges and programs through a single platform. It ensures transparency, efficiency, and ease of access for applicants and institutions alike. The portal is a step towards digital transformation in higher education, ensuring a hassle-free and efficient admission process for students and institutions.

General Instructions

1. Please read carefully the instructions/ procedure given below before you start filling the Application Form online.

2. Applicants must enter a valid Email ID. OTP will be sent only to the Email ID submitted during registration

3. Upon successful registration, applicants must use the Login tab to complete the application process.

4.Applicants are advised to use the latest version of Google Chrome web browser for filling up the Application Form.

5.There is a one-time Registration Fee of Rs. 100 (non-refundable) for all and Form fee of Rs. 2500 

6.  Part Time Ph.D is only available in Following 22 subjects

Hindi, English,Education, Political Science, Sociology, Geography, Economics, Defence, Medieval History, Ancient History, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Mathematics, Psychology, Animal Husbandry, Genetics, Agricultural Chemistry, Commerce and Social Work
